Can I help you?
Are you an individual who needs some advice and support on how to develop as a professional in your chosen field? This doesn't have to be in project management; I have around 20 years' experience of mentoring people in a variety of careers.
Or are you a small or medium sized business or charity needing advice and support in the areas of project governance, risk and assurance management?
You may even be a large organisation that wants to refresh/improve its project governance, risk and assurance arrangements. I can help you develop and implement a framework for all three that efficiently meets the needs of your organisation.
Are you a consultancy wanting to develop your business in project governance, risk and assurance? I can use my skills, knowledge and experience gained over 40 years in project engineering, management and assurance to help you do that. Integrated assurance is a hot topic, and many organisations are looking for consultants to help them implement it.
Another hot topic is 'the value of assurance'. I can help you ensure that you are getting the best value out of your spend on assurance.
Would you like to strengthen your Board in these areas? Is the project management experience on your Audit Committee and Board strong enough? As an experienced non-executive director, I can help you ensure that your Board takes its role in risk management seriously and gets the assurance it needs that project risks are under control and that the organisation's strategy you have set will be delivered.
